India Would the people in income tax or auditors find this out?

If i was to run a business and send my money (profits) to banks overseas and charge them as expenses I have incurred as advertising or marketing in my income statement to evade taxes. Would the auditors be able to inspect and crosscheck the books of accounts of another country? And if they can what if its a country that does not have good cordial relations with the country im from Ex: China and the US
