We are currently considering going into partnership with an already established Australian company and bringing them into the UK market as well. I'm proposing that we will invoice them for our services, however, they will need to invoice businesses in the UK as it is B2B. Will they need to charge VAT on their invoices to these UK businesses? Also, are there any other tax implications that I should be considering. Thanks in advance. Ness
