UK UK Corporation Tax return: are capital contributions considered as gift/donations taxable or are exempt given it's non trading in nature?

Hi, regarding the UK corporation tax return, would it be taxable the capital contribution received from the shareholder? or it shouldn’t be taxable given it’s non-trading in nature. Thank you
