Ireland Total Direct Labour Variance?

I'm stuck on this question and was hoping someone here could help guide me in the right direction:

"If a company has a direct labour efficiency variance of €800 (F) and direct labour rate variance of 300 (A), what is the total direct labour variance?"

I tried googling but couldn't find the answer. Hopefully one of you guys can help me out!
