USA Tax on online services

Hello everyone,

I have an LLC based in TX and I own a website for events. People register on my website to hire bands, so they pay me and then I pay the artist. So I'm charging them for this service.

Should I charge TAX on it based on the state?

I saw some websites online and it is not clear, I mean looks that "services" are taxed only in a few states.

Sales Tax is strictly a state issue that you need to determine on a state by state basis, as well as what Texas's rule is regarding out of state sales responsibility.
