Tax Accountant

Since moving to Maryland, I have not be able to find a consistent tax accountant. They usually move on to other areas of interest and leave their careers all together. Back home, I had my accountant for YEARS.
I'm a small business owner that is looking for a well versed tax account that loves what they do enough to be in it for another 20 years. Do they exist in Maryland at a reasonable cost?
