I have a small online business that is growing and my accountant advised switching to a llc scorp. She will be filing all my tax forms needed throughout the year so I do not have to worry about that. My question is besides tax filings what else do I have to do to stay a legit llc scorp? Foe example I know I cannot pay personal bills with my business account, I know i have to do meeting minutes once a year...
