Myself and my business partner own a small limited company (50% each) with no employees and just a very small online store making a small profit each year too small to justify paying Accountants anymore to do our account for HMRC.
Are there any guidelines anywhere on how to do this bearing in mind we would be eligible to submit the briefest accounts (cannot remember what HMRC call them these days).
As there are no employees and no property (as we work from home) the accounts are quite straightforward but we need to know the procedure as up until now we paid accountants to do them and their fees have increased.
