Can a UK registered company whose main trading currencies are £ for assets, marketing, licenses etc. and € for billing, with a small amount of $ billing and, who's parent company is based in America, change the statutory reporting currency from £ to $,including aligning any FX gain/losses back to $ and not £?
This is linked to the introduction of a global reporting system covering LATAM, ASIAPAC, EMEA with a single reporting database with a single statutory reporting currency for all regions. The system can report in any local currency for localised management reporting but globally the database, will have one currency set.
