USA Start a career in accounting

Hello, I just graduated with an associate in Finacial management and it's been really hard to start a job as a junior accountant, which is an entry-level position. The only experience that I have in the accounting field is part-time but no one accepts that.
How can I gain experience if I don't start working???

Try signing up at a temporary staffing agency, for example Accountemps. Just be sure not to stay at temp work for a long time.
