UK SOS Accounting entries for purchase of debenture

hi there,

My company is going to purchase a club debenture wth the following details

Debenture face value USD 200,000
Transfer fee pay to company "A" USD 100,000
Buying price pay to the seller Club B USD 150,000

A and Club B are different companies

Can anyone tell me what are the accounting entries necessary to record this transaction please? Many Thanks
