Hi,
I am about to setup a new software development firm (Parent Company). This firm will be developing 4 different applications (product) using the same development team. I would like each of the products to be sold and managed under a different division/group name; the idea being that if a favourable offer is made in the future, I would be able to sell one product/division/group and still keep ownership of other products.
Is this possible? If so, how should I proceed?
For reference purpose, you can name each product/division as Alpha, Beta, Omega and Gamma. The parent company is Parent Company.
