UK Sending in accounts for a limited company

If a limited company was incorporated on the 5th February 2018, should trading on 5th February 2019 be included in the first accounts sent in?

Companies House likes whole months, so the first set of accounts would be to the end of the month that is twelve months after the month of incorporation, which would be to 28 of Feb 2019 in this case. After that, it would be the twelve months from 1 March.
