UK Reporting software property managing agents

Hi guys
I work for a property managing agent. For Our reporting to our landlords, we compare current month income to last month''s costs. At the moment none of the accounting softwares allows the flexibility to this without exporting into excel whicheck is what the company wants to avoid.

Any recommendations for softwares that could do the job (without the need to manipulate the figures in excel) would be massively appreciated.

You should definitely get E-Sign! Your tenants and landlords will be able to quickly sign legally binding documents and forms from wherever with digital signatures!
