USA Reconciling transaction

I am trying to reconcile bank transactions and it seems like payments made by the company debit card can not be identified as to what the payments are. On the statements it states 'bankcard'...does anyone know how I can identify these payments, my bank said they do not know even though it is their card nor do our merchants bank, does anyone know how I can identify these payments?...Thank you

Bank should be able to tell you name of merchant. As to what was purchased, bank will not know. Similar to when you use a check.

Thank you Kirby. I contacted my merchant bank but they told me to contact my bank since they issued me the debit card. Just ironic that this is not visible on a bank statement or even via the merchant banks.
