USA Quickens not working

I have not been able to get my quickens to work correctly. I have the quickens app. on my phone I take pictures of my receipts with my phone. But what my phone says and what the computer says do not match. My account information on quickens is never correct. How do can I fix this? I really need to get quickens working correctly.
