I have recently qualified ACCA. I have been looking for a work experience job for about 6 months but in vain. I need some pointers to help me make a decision. Is it because I am an international student and will need a sponsorship visa to gain a position in a firm, that I often get rejected by almost every company I apply? Additionally I have no relevant work experience in accounting and finance domain. Please let me know whether I am wasting my time and effort by looking in the wrong place?
