Australia Profit transfering

Hi everyone,
Can you help me with the question why some Australian companies, which are subsidiaries of international corporations choose to transfer profits to lower tax regions,and other companies which are international subsidiaries do not?

I think your "is your Business with related party international dealings" ?? So May have their transfer pricing reviewed or audited, with the possibility of pricing adjustments and penalties.
