Please help with Balance sheet

Hi all i am new to forum and hope to learn a lot.
Anyway for EMS homework a got a few lists that i had to make income statements balance sheets with but i have a problem on on one of the lists i can't get them to balance and i would appreciate if you guys would be kind enough to help

How far, and in which direction, are you out of balance? The numbers listed on that sheet of paper in your picture all balance to zero. Were you careful to make sure you haven't written a debit as a credit, or vice-versa? And that the Salaries and Rent expenses are both stated as monthly amounts?
