USA Opening an LLC- should i wait till start of next year?

Hey there, as title says, i want to open an LLC, should i wait till the start of next to avoid filing twice?

Basically i want to avoid any renewal fees that might accompany it-
I appreciate your help!

LLC rules are creatures of the individual states, and they vary. Go to the website of the Secretary of State for the state in which your LLC will be domiciled. Find out the details of exactly how your set-up and annual renewal fees are to be calculated, and to see if you'd get benefit of some kind of pro-ration provision for a late-year start-up.

Also take into account, of course, what (if any) cost you'd incur from a delayed set-up, say, in terms of delayed revenues.
