Money 2002

Hello
I have Money 2002 (version10) and it does pretty much everything I need.
I've just learned that Money is discontinued.
I download files from banks/credit cards and also download share prices. Will the share price download continue to work ?
Should I upgrade to 2005 while its still available ?
