Are there any accountants out there that use e-supervision and learning in their work place. It is a wide subject but bottom line, what systems are you using to train and reduce the error rate of junior staff? Is it the old spot the mistake and meet at a desk or are accountants making use of partity checking excel spreadsheets, acrobat forms, mp3's and mp4's and interactive checklists?
