Hi,
I know this forums isn't really for beginners, but I wanted to hear from someone who does accounting. (Sorry if this is the wrong section)
I don't really have any clue on accounting, BUT I have to start somewhere, right?
So first off, there's these different types college classes offered for highschoolers like myself to take.
The closest class I could find related to business/accounting says:
"Functions involved in distributing goods, the role of the manufacturer in selecting target markets, types or marketing institutions (wholesale and retails). Formulating marketing policies and strategies. The role of government and the effects of consumerism on marketing practices."
That was the description. Should I take it? Do you think this class would help me? Or will I just be wasting my time?
Answers are appreciated, thanks.
