USA Loan fee with bank in connection with purchase of land to develop homes

started new loan with bank for purchase of land to develop and prepare into house lots for sale to related company to build homes on to sell to home buyers. My questions is whether this loan origination fee is immediately expensed, amortized or capitalized until sold? any feedback appreciated!
