UK Is this legal and possible to do?

Hi guys,

So I currently own two different companies (related industries) which I started with investments from angel investors in both with the angel investors in both companies owning minority ownership and voting share.

Is it possible and legal for me to make a holding company and 'migrate' their shares in terms of value from my two current into the holding company?
