I am using this first time. I have some problem with Quicken 2014.
If some response is possible then I will post my problem.: confused:

I am using this soft ware for last 6 years. I bought this recently as with old one I could not download transactions to my Quicken a/c.
There are some accounts already loaded.
PROBLEM: When I add an a/c, fill up all type of requirements even I am able to download transactions (In some case I could not then I had to enter manually lot of transactions) If I close the file& open next day, the new entries what I did yesterday are gone .
In my older version I used to close the file (even I did not 'save') even then it used to be saved.
How to solve this issue.
