UK How to get started on a Charity company?

Hello, looking for some advice. My friend has started a fundraiser company to help toward a project. She is due to setup a compay bank account, but I am trying to sort her transactions that she has done from her personal account, how would I start these? I do not have access to the bank statments as they are personal. I don't have an opening balance nor a closing balance and at the start of the month it's all expenses... Please help me.

If she won't give you bank statements then she's going to have to give you a list of all the transactions you need. I can't see how else you could do it.
