I see the following Form 4.
When I calculate Weighted-average common shares outstanding-Diluted, do I have to include all the number of Class A Common Stock and all the number of Class B Common Stock?
Do I have to treat Class A stock and Class B stock differently, like using different weighting?
Also, why are the numbers of Class A Common Stock always the same of the numbers of Class B Common Stock in the From 4? Or, this happens just by accident?
Why is the class B common shares listed in "Derivative Securities Beneficially Owned" table? Do you consider class B common shares as "Derivative Securities Beneficially Owned"?
Thanks
