How important is your GPA and age, in the real world, when getting an entry level accounting job?

If your looking for a small business to work for I would say just having a degree and a bit of relevant work experience will do the trick. If your looking for medium tier or the big 4 KPMG, Deloitte, PwC or Ersnt you should go for a 80% + GPA with extracurriculars. You will also need to be a heavy weight in an interview!
