UK Help... if you can please

I am hoping this is a simple question to all you highly qualified people out there in UK;

I have been supplied 2 copies of audited accounts for a limited company that I am a shareholder of.

The first set were produced by a named Auditor who is on the auditor register, but they state the name on the behalf of a accountants company that have never traded. Are these valid documents?

The second set produced no named individual but named the same dormant accountancy company. Are these valid documents?

I dont know what you mean by "dormant accountancy company", and "never traded" , but as auditors register their businesses as partnership firms or in some countries as limited liability partnerships, and these firms audit the company's financial statements, and the audited accounts have the signatures of the firm, not the managing partner.
