Canada Having difficulty figuring cost

Hello there,
we started small business that makes specialty food product. The product is made from mixing other ingredients and packaged into jars.
To calculate the total price of the finished product, should I include:
-

• Business vehicle expenses - fuel, maintenance and insurance
• office utilities - telephone, internet
• portion of my office rent
• business licenses, business insurance etc

Note:
We are making our product in a commercial building which we pay rent on. My office is a home office.

The above costs are the fixed costs of your product, therefore they
are included in the calculation of the product's price.
