Will you provide your experience to me? is it suitable for SMEs? I wonder if I need to outsource finance functions, or use Xero. Not sure if it is good enough.

I've worked with QuickBooks for 20 years and it's great for small businesses. It's pretty easy to learn how to use especially if you have some accounting training. Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by outsource finance functions so no comment there.

QuickBooks is easy to use and best-fit accounting software for small and medium businesses. Did you mean hosting by "outsource finance function", you said?

Hi Shangyi Wu,

In today’s world, accounting software can help reduce a lot of manual data entry and automate workflows for your business. On a daily basis, you would need insight on how your business is performing to make business decisions. With the help of such software, you will be able to quickly run reports and get the right information you need to make such decisions. It’ll organize all your business transactions in one place and also accounting software like Zoho Books can help you to track inventory and also allow you to accept online payment, so you can provide convenient payment options to customers.

There’s a lot of benefit in using such software. The right software for your business depends a lot on how you run your business and what your current business requirements are.

I’ll be happy to discuss if you have any specific questions on accounting software or how it can help businesses.

It really depends on your business type. Xero has a 30 day free trial. Try every function you think you'll need to do including a/r, a/p, paying taxes, inventory, payroll, and then create reports for kpi's
