Hi,
I am currently in the process of forming a company with 4 shareholders and require some assistance, my plan is to set up 3 companies carrying our different commercial services.
In a group structure could you have a holding company (X) with the following equity split 55%, 15%, 15%, 15%
Company A - subsidiary under the holding company with an equal equity share between 4 of us – 25 25 25 25
Company B - a 70,10, 10, 10 equity split
Company C – a 70,10, 10, 10 equity split
Is this structure possible or is there a better way of forming the companies?
In Company A my partners would like an equal shareholding.
Regards,
R
