USA Foreign Earned Income.. help!

I was a bona fied resident last year (2012) but this year I was only out of the USA for 244 days. Do I qualify for foreign tax earnings deduction?

Yes, if you met the bona fide resident test for 2012, you are eligible for using a prorated exclusion for your foreign earned income in 2013.
