Hi, new here.
I have a question: I own an Illinois corporation and I would like to employ an English person. This person would continue working from his home office in England. He would basically work via internet and skype with very few visits to America required.
How do I go about taking him on? I have Indiana employees which Illinois regard as foreigners for taxation purposes and we just file and pay relevant taxes to Indiana directly and basically Illinois "ignores" them. Is it something similar to this for England?
