USA Finding a suitable online Accounting Software for my multiple businesses

Hi,
Accept my apologies if this question has already been discussed, but I'll be very grateful if someone can assist me with my issue.

I am hoping to find an online accounting service/software which lets me handle all my accounting needs of my multiple businesses.

Specifically, what I am trying to find :-

• Direct deposits to my vendors*
• Ability to create pay stubs for my vendors
• Multi business support
• Accounting/Bookkeeping support

* My vendors can either be businesses or employees working for me on 1099.

I have gone through Wave, Xero and QuickBooks. The problem I found with Xero was that I need a separate service to handle my 1099/vendors. Quickbooks doesn't let me to direct deposit to my vendors/1099. I am not sure about Wave though in this regard.
