Hello everyone,
I have just been brought on to a new project as the Financial Controller and see that a lot of the procedures that are in place are very archaic. I would like to create electronic templates using Microsoft Excel but believe I could use these hours elsewhere. First, has anyone had experience hiring a consultant or a company to create these templates and what is fair pricing for each of the projects listed below:
Budget/Forecast file
Daily Sales Report
Cash Flow
AJE and Payroll Upload templates
Balance Sheet Recs
Outstanding Check Logs
Purchase Order Forms with Number Log
Checkbooks tracking declining balance
Labor Productivity Report
Report dashboards summarizing data
Misc. AR billing template
