Expanding my U.S corporation into Canada

I want expand my U.S. Corporation into Canada with a "permanent establishment" Federally.

What are the steps? Is it worth it? What type of tax credits/tax payments would be involved?

Is it worth it? Depends on your product. If you are a builder of uncovered outdoor swimming pools , probably not.

You may need to look into what will legally allow you even open a business in Canada.

For example, there are several requirements for any alien to start a business here, more related to immigration than accounting. I'd look into similar legislation for Canada.
