USA Erratic placement of deposit.

I use MS Money 2005. I use it as a checkbook register. I entered four checks #s 447, 448, 449, 450, and the amounts as usual. When I then entered a deposit, it placed the deposit between checks 448 and 449. It moved 449 down and inserted the deposit between the two. This makes it difficult because the checks were from different days and it ruins the continuity of the register. Can anyone tell me how to stop this or correct this? Thanks
