With the understanding that this is for a small Limited company where salaries are no higher then 12.5k
1- I understand A Ltd company can NOT claim the employment allowance on any Er NIC paid for a sole director
2- If the Ltd company has an employee who is paid above the NI threshold then the Ltd company can claim Employment allowance to offset their Er NI for BOTH the director and the employee?
Is my understanding of point 2 correct where due to their being an employee, now the employment allowance is reclaimable for both the director and the employee.
