does anybody know of a good dispatching program

hi, i have a small construction business and i want to change my current dispatching program. does anybody know of a good dispatching program that will work with quickbooks pro? Also does anybody know of a good inventory program that works with quickbooks pro? the business is a service business. i need an inventory program that I can put the equipment that i own on it to keep track of it and also be able to add equipment as i purchase it. Thanks for your help.
