Properties held by AZ LLC were sold earlier this year. Does it matter what date we establish as the end of the LLC? Would it be better to use the last escrow closing date? Or terminate at 12/31/22? If using a mid year date, can the final return be filed using 2021 (1065) forms instead of waiting until 2022 forms are available?
