Diffference between capital account and partner's share of profit

In my K1, I see the following

Partner's share of profit,loss and capital

Partner's capital account analysis (Beginning, brought in, ending)


Can you please explain the difference?

We are an equal partner LLC. Which one would decide the voting percentage?
