USA Definition of "Entry-level"

If you've seen any of my previous threads, you'll know that I've been unemployed for 5 years. Throughout that time, I've repeatedly seen "entry-level" positions requiring skills and experience that are completely contrary to the entry-level status. Has anyone else noticed this?
