I have just started a LTD company have no employees - effectively contract permanently - so invoice my one and only client monthly. To avoid unnecessary paperwork can I choose to not pay my salary through PAYE but instead complete a Self Assessment to HMRC annually - declaring my income from my business. I would also submit necessary Company accounts/report to HMRC and Companies House where I would state my business expenses and pay Corporation Tax? Many thanks Jason - Oxford
