hi there! I am a psychotherapist in private practice as a single entity LLC, and My husband is a w2 employee at a bank. We will be sending our child to daycare. Is the total annual expense of daycare a write-off for the business since I have to send my child to daycare in order to run my business and work?

No, not for the business. It's considered a "personal expense." You can claim the child care tax CREDIT.
