Greetings,
I am an aspiring accountant and have been studying the b-law section of REG and became curious about case law relevant to the topics covered in Becker. I am asking because I am personally curious about the application of the legal concepts covered to actual caselaw. I found it interesting to see that widely few decisions are covered in the modules despite wide swaths of legal theory being covered even at a high level.
In particular, I am looking for like a guide that would cover things in the spirit of 100 Cases Every Law Student/Person/Accountant should know, etc. I apologize in advance if this is an overly obscure or irrelevant question just wanting to see if anybody has any ideas on this topic. I'd be willing to read a b-law textbook but would prefer like a more popular/wider audience guide if possible.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
