I am currently on position Charged Accountig Officer that covered not only strictly accounting but also financing and reporting duties.Recently, the Company established new position of the Controller that in a mostly areas overlapps with my duties.If it was not enough, the junior from my department has been nominated to this new position. I feel very upset and frustrated because I feel as demoted and overjumped.Am I right?
