Hello all,
I have an issue with certain journal entries that were made at a POS during a time when the HQ server was offline. We have a total of 10 POS's and all other 9 transacted fine and synced when the HQ server came back online, but there is a series of transactions at this one register that are synced to the store, but refuse to get picked up and sent to HQ.
All more recent transactions are successfully picked up.
I ran a backdated 401 worksheet, just in case, and that did not pick them up either.
I assume that there is something about the state of the entries , or, perhaps it is specific to the batch. The interesting part is that other transactions in the same batch have carried over...
Any help or direction you can point me to is highly appreciated!
Thanks!
