Sorry for a stupid question, but...
I'm trying to do accounting for my broker account to better control my investments.
I do a weekly report for myself. But I try make it look professional.
I have following columns among the others:
Total Assets - all my money at the end of the period (USD equivalent of all stocks I posses converted to USD)
Cash Transactions - how much money I have transferred to (or from) the broker account during the period.
Total Assets excluding Cash Transactions - Is there a correct term for that? It should represent Total Assets without adding Cash Transactions for that period...
